Japanese: Spicy Tuna Tartare

Ingredients:

Procedure:

  1. Defrost tuna overnight in refrigerator, dice finely
  2. Combine tuna, garlic ginger sauce, lemon juice, chili garlic sauce in a bowl
  3. Mix well, cover and let rest in refrigerator for at least one hour
  4. Scoop tuna over cucumber slices
  5. Garnish with panko crumbs
